Hello!

I'm Alex Auró, an architectural photographer based in Budapest.

For over six years I was Creative Director at one of the world's leading architectural visualization studios, working alongside BIG, Zaha Hadid Architects, Foster + Partners, OMA and Gensler. My job was to make buildings look their best before they existed: to find the angle, the light, the moment that made someone believe in a project.

That work taught me what actually makes a building compelling. Now I look for the same things in buildings that are already standing.

My approach is clean and direct, whether that means the full exterior with its scale and context, the way light moves through an interior, or the detail that shows how carefully something was made. Images that work as hard as the building does, for marketing and investor materials, for awards entries and publications, for the pitch that has to land.
